Pricing | Frequently Asked Questions

We bill you for the following users:

  1. Anyone using the software to update process or asset related information or entries
  2. Anyone using the software to create tasks or tickets
  3. Anyone to whom a task or ticket is assigned
  4. Anyone using the software to view process entries, asset information, tasks, tickets or analytics
  5. Anyone administering the software

Depending on whether you have selected a monthly plan or an annual plan, you will be billed once every month (at the start of the month) or once every twelve months (at the start of the twelve months).

You can cancel anytime before the start of your next term. Incase of monthly plans, that means before the start of your next month. And incase of annual plans, that means before the start of your next year.

We will be unable to issue any refunds. However, we will be happy to issue a credit note.

If you are on the ‘Starter’ plan, and the total number of your users increases beyond 5 or the total number of assets increases beyond 20, you will need to select between the ‘Pro’ or ‘Business’ plans. You will then you will be billed pro-rata for the remainder of your term (remainder of the month incase of monthly plan, and remainder of the 12 months incase of annual plan) as per your new plan.

Both the ‘Pro’ plans come with 100 users – so you will be unaffected by increasing users upto 100. You will be impacted if you increase users to more than 100 or decrease users to less than 6. Or increase assets to more than 400 or decrease assets to less than 21. Contact us for a quick custom quote if you want to increase users to more than 100 or assets to more than 400. If your users decrease to less than 6 and assets to less than 21, you will automatically be downgraded to the ‘Starter’ plan.

The ‘Business’ plan comes with 100 users and 400 assets – so you will be unaffected by increasing users upto 100 or assets upto 400. You will be impacted if you increase users to more than 100 or decrease users to less than 6. Or increase assets to more than 400 or decrease assets to less than 21. Contact us for a quick custom quote if you want to increase users to more than 100 or assets to more than 400. If your users decrease to less than 6 and assets to less than 21, you will automatically be downgraded to the ‘Starter’ plan.

Once you downgrade from a ‘Pro’ / ‘Business’ plan to the ‘Starter’ plan, you will be billed a reduced rate from your next term (which is the next month incase of a monthly plan, and next year incase of an annual plan). We will be unable to issue any refunds for the remainder of the current term when you downgrade your plan in the middle of the term. This means if you are on a monthly subscription, and downgrade your plan on 19th July for example, we will be unable to refund you for the remaining 13 days of July. If you are on the annual plan where your term is from 1st July to 30th June, and you downgrade your plan on 1st May, we will be unable to refund you for the remaining 2 months of your annual plan.

Once you upgrade from a ‘Pro’ / ‘Business’ plan to the ‘Custom’ plan, you will be billed pro-rata for the remainder of your term (remainder of the month incase of monthly plan, and remainder of the 12 months incase of annual plan) as per your new plan.. This means if you are on a monthly subscription, and upgrade your plan on 19th July for example, you will be billed the differential amount for the remaining 13 days of July. If you are on the annual plan where your term is from 1st July to 30th June, and you upgrade your plan on 1st May, you will be billed the differential amount for the remaining 2 months of your annual plan.
