What is considered as an 'outlet'?
'Outlets' are physical locations of QSRs, restaurants, retail stores, convenience stores, cinemas, pharmacies, labs and other similar businesses. They can be company owned or franchisee owned, and located in shopping malls, high streets, markets, gas stations, etc.
When and how will I be billed?
Depending on whether you have selected a monthly plan or an annual plan, you will be billed once every month (at the start of the month) or once every twelve months (at the start of the twelve months).
You only get billed for the number of active outlets on PeakScale, subject to a minimum monthly billing of 10 outlets or $99. Deactivated outlets do not count towards billing.
What if I have less than 10 outlets?
If you have less than 10 outlets, your monthly billing with be $99.
Can I activate or deactivate outlets at any time?
Yes. You can activate or deactivate outlets at any time. When you update your subscription, the change will take effect immediately, and a pro-rated charge or credit will be applied to your account.
How many users or devices can I configure?
We do not charge per user or device. You can configure as many users or devices as you want.
Is there a setup fee?
We do not charge a setup fee if you self-onboard using the resources we provide you. If you prefer us to assist your team with the onboarding, we will charge a nominal amount to cover our time investment.
What is the cancelation and refund policy?
You can cancel anytime before the start of your next term. Incase of monthly plans, that means before the start of your next month. And incase of annual plans, that means before the start of your next year.
We will be unable to issue any refunds. However, for annual plans, we will issue a pro-rated credit note for the remaining duration of the term.
