What is considered as a 'location'?

'Locations' are places where work gets done by your team. Your users, equipment assets, inventory and clients are all mapped to 'locations' in the software. Dashboards allow filtering of data by 'location' to provide an overview of what's happening at that particular place of work in terms of tasks, work orders, processes, audits, maintenance and inventory. You can also geo-fence activities basis 'location' to exercise more control.

Examples of locations include outlets, offices and warehouses amongst others.

When and how will I be billed?

Depending on whether you have selected a monthly plan or an annual plan, you will be billed once every month (at the start of the month) or once every twelve months (at the start of the twelve months).

You only get billed for the number of active locations you configure on PeakScale. For example, if you configure three outlets and one HO on PeakScale, you get billed for four locations. Deactivated locations do not count towards billing.

Can I activate or deactivate locations at any time?

Yes. You can activate or deactivate locations at any time. When you update your subscription, the change will take effect immediately, and a pro-rated charge or credit will be applied to your account.

Can we really add unlimited users without being billed for them?

Yes! Unlike other softwares, we do not charge per user. That is because we believe PeakScale delivers maximum impact when the majority of your team is onboard.

What is the cancelation and refund policy?

You can cancel anytime before the start of your next term. Incase of monthly plans, that means before the start of your next month. And incase of annual plans, that means before the start of your next year. We will be unable to issue any refunds. However, for annual plans, we will issue a pro-rated credit note for the remaining duration of the term.
